By accessing or using the Thalassemia Dashboard ("Dashboard"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Blood Warriors Foundation ("Blood Warriors," "we," "us," "our") operates this platform for managing thalassemia test records, reports, and screening data. If you do not agree, do not use the Dashboard.
You represent that you are at least 18 years old or are a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
The Dashboard is for managing and tracking thalassemia-related test results and reports. It supports contributors, reviewers, and admins in coordinating screening and follow-up. We do not provide medical advice. Risk assessment and insights are for informational purposes only. Always consult qualified healthcare providers for clinical decisions. Use of any information or features is at your own risk.
You agree not to: provide false or misleading information; share others' personal or medical data without permission; harass, threaten, or abuse others; interfere with security or operations; or use automated systems to scrape or overload the Dashboard. You will use the Dashboard only for lawful purposes and in accordance with your assigned role.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data you enter or upload. We are not liable for consequences arising from inaccurate data, misuse by users, or decisions made based on Dashboard content. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and use it to operate the Dashboard.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features without notice. We may suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
The Dashboard is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uptime, outcomes, or error-free operation. The software is free and provided as-is.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blood Warriors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of data; or reputational harm arising from your use of the Dashboard. We are not responsible for medical outcomes or decisions made based on Dashboard content. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blood Warriors and its officers, team members, and volunteers from claims, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Dashboard, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to users or the platform. You may delete your account via settings or by contacting us.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the Dashboard or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
